Our website contact form is processed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form-relay service that transmits your submission to our email inbox. FormSubmit's servers may be located outside Australia (including the United States), which means your form submission may be processed overseas. You can avoid this by emailing us directly at connect@egurus.com.au.

Where we use other service providers in delivering client work (for example, hosting infrastructure or the Salesforce platform), those providers process data under their own privacy policies, and we take reasonable steps to ensure they handle personal information consistently with the APPs.

5. Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. If we introduce analytics tooling in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.

6. Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. Enquiry records are retained only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law, after which they are deleted or de-identified.
